Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

Welcome to TripDrop. By downloading, installing, or using the TripDrop app or website (tripdrop.app), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Description of service

TripDrop is a flight price tracking service. We help you set alerts for routes and dates and notify you when prices change. Flight data and prices are sourced from third-party providers (including APIs such as Flights Sky / Skyscanner via RapidAPI and Google). We do not sell flights; we only display and track prices and link you to booking sites.

2. Account and eligibility

You must create an account to use alert features. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use TripDrop. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Use of the service

You agree to use TripDrop only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others or to violate any law.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems.
  • Resell or commercially exploit flight data obtained through TripDrop in a way that violates these terms or our third-party providers’ terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these terms.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Some features (e.g. more alerts, premium plans) may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are processed through third-party providers (e.g. RevenueCat, Google Play). Payment terms, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by those platforms’ policies and, where applicable, your app store’s terms. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Flight data and accuracy

Prices and availability come from external sources and may change without notice. We do not guarantee that prices shown are always current or that you will be able to book at a displayed price. Always confirm price and availability on the booking site before purchasing. We are not liable for any booking or financial decision you make based on our alerts or data.

6. Intellectual property

TripDrop’s name, logo, and app design are our property. You may not use them without our written permission. Flight data and third-party content remain the property of their respective providers.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TripDrop and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred euros, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. You may delete your account and associated data from within the app (Settings). We may terminate or restrict access to the service with notice where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive termination.

10. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service and may delete your account.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to TripDrop’s operations. For questions or disputes, contact us at hello@tripdrop.app.
